Shipping Policy

Free Australia Post express delivery on all Australian orders over $100. Under $100 orders attract a $15 shipping fee. Delivery time is estimated at 3-7 working days depending on your location (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro). Delays may be experience at the moment due to COVID-19.

 

To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19 parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery. Not going to be home? use the free Parcel Lockers service from Australia

Tracking your order

 

Your order will be sent via Australia Post Express. When your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to track your order via the Australia Post website.

Faulty products or Allergic Reactions

In the event that you receive a product that is in some way defective/faulty or have a reaction to a product, please contact carolyn@proskinclinic.com.au  to arrange a replacement or refund.
